Much left to be desired
Booked at this hotel mainly for the spa facilities. The water in the indoor pool and the jacuzzi could be warmer. Parking can be tight. The road to get there is quite narrow.

This hotel has thought of everything! The outside pool with a little snack/bar and small pool too, a spa with a water circuit that is just magnifiscent, amazing gym, lovely food, comfortable rools with balconies, ample parking, great conference spaces, and even a business center with a computer!!

Numa visita às Termas de S. Pedro do Sul com um casal amigo, optamos por este hotel para uma estadia de 2 noites. Aconselho a reservar com o circuito spa incluído no preço do alojamento, pois fica mais em conta. O circuito spa é maravilhoso com água quente e não morna como já experienciei em outros spas de outros hotéis, bem organizado de forma a que se possa utilizar todos os equipamentos sem pressa. Os quartos tinham varanda com vista para as Termas que ficam mesmo à frente do hotel, e eram confortáveis e limpos. O pequeno almoço tinha muita variedade, o que mais gostei foi dos croissants que eram feitos no hotel, penso que apenas deveria ter mais opções de fruta natural. Numa das noites experimentamos o restaurante do hotel que foi uma boa surpresa, pois a relação qualidade preço está equilibrada. No geral fiquei bastante satisfeito com a estadia, e certamente irei voltar numa outra ocasião.

Foi a um casamento no mês de agosto a este hotel, e foi absurdamente horrível, comida com moscas varejeiras em cima da bola, rolhas de vinho branco no vinho tinto e idem, comida fria, pudim flan sem sabor e cheia de água, que remete a que tenha sido congelado e depois descongelado no dia do casamento. O pior de tudo foi mesmo o dono do hotel o dia todo especado em pé a olhar o tempo todo para os convidados com cara de mau, como se alguém lhe devesse dinheiro, nunca vi nada disto na minha vida, eu que trabalho no ramo da hotelaria foi vergonhoso.

Estive hospedada 4 noites neste hotel. O principal ponto positivo é a simpatia dos funcionários e o sossego da zona. No entanto para um 4estrelas, fica aquém. O peq. almoço é completamente igual todos os dias, com pouca variedade, os sumos são todos de máquina, não inclui café, e até o sabor do bolo tipo caseiro foi o mesmo em todos os dias. As instalações não são más mas precisam de bastantes atualizações, parece estar parado no tempo à uns bons anos. O que não parou no tempo foi o preço do café, que no pequeno almoço cada café custa 1,10, no bar da piscina 1,20 € e no bar do hotel 1,30€. Algo que me parece impensável. Além disto a zona da piscina tem imensas moscas o que torna difícil passar lá muitas horas, queixamo-nos disto a uma funcionária que disse que ia tentar arranjar um repelente mas que nunca mais nos disse nada, e nada fez. Apesar destas questões a estadia foi boa, a limpeza do quarto era boa, o ar condicionado funcionava bem e os quartos são bastante espaçosos, penso que estará mais ao nível de um 3 estrelas.

Para uma clientela maioritariamente portuguesa, o buffet de pequeno-almoço variedade quer em sabor dos produtos, em diversidade dos produtos e com uns croissants espetaculares. Visitantes estrangeiros poderão achar "limitado". Esta foi a quarta vez que lá estivemos. Bem como das outras vez gostamos muito por isso voltamos ao mesmo (bom filho a casa volta rsrsrs) e continuo com a mesma opinião muito bom 👍👍👍👍👍 excelente . Local calmo, ótimo para repousar. Boas "tasquinhas", para saborear petiscos locais. Pessoas simpáticas e prestáveis. Recuperação de espaços/marcas históricos. Hotel muito bem organizado, staff bastante simpático e sabe bem receber. Spa bem equipado, piscina exterior maravilhosa e a massagem foi muito boa.

Fiquei uma semana hospedada, trata-se de um hotel com uma localização bastante calma e agradável para descansar, porém os quartos e casa de banho não fazem jus a um hotel de 4 estrelas. Por outro lado a comida e o atendimento foram impecáveis.
